How to use the Pebble Dashboard - Instant Book Providers

Get Set-up, view upcoming classes, manage class capacity and download finance reports.

Pebble's dashboard provides convenient access to essential information, simplifying the process of setting up your account, viewing today's activities and classes, monitoring activity/class capacity, and downloading financial reports.

1. Get Set-up

This section holds 4 key actions that will help you set-up your account:

Add your payment details

  • Click the provided link to connect your Stripe account with your Pebble account. This step is mandatory before you can create and publish activities or classes on Pebble.

Create your supplier page

  • Click the provided link to create your supplier page. While it's not obligatory before adding activities or classes, it's highly recommended.

  • The supplier page acts as a dedicated profile page for your activities and classes.

  • Customers will have a centralised place to view and book all your offerings once this page is set up.

  • You can even share the supplier page link with your existing customers, making it easier for them to explore and book your activities without navigating search for them on pebble.

Add your business details

  • Use the provided link to enter your business details. This information will streamline the creation of activities, classes, and your supplier page.

Add an activity

  • By clicking this link you'll be taken to where you can start adding your first activities/classes

2. Upcoming Classes

  • This section shows your upcoming activities/classes for the day as well as how many booking for each

  • You can jump over to the register for these classes by clicking 'Go to register'

3. Class Capacity

There are three sections within Class capacity

No capacity added

  • This section comprises a list of all activities and classes for which the activity was created, but no capacity was added.

  • You have the option to add capacity to these classes by simply clicking the 'Update' button.

Sold out

  • In this section, you'll find a list of all activities and classes that initially had available capacity but are now fully booked.

  • If you wish to increase the capacity for these classes, you can do so by clicking the 'Update' button.

Near capacity

  • This section displays a list of all activities and classes that are approaching their maximum capacity.

  • To accommodate more participants in these classes, you can adjust the capacity by clicking the 'Update' button.

4. Finance

There are three sections within Finance

Total payments last 30 days

  • Here you can view the total value of your completed transfers (fees have been deducted) over the last 30 days.

  • This overview excludes any payments related to cancelled bookings.

Total upcoming payments:

  • Here, you can conveniently review the total value of upcoming payments.

Finance export

  • Here you can view a breakdown of payments made by customers and transferred to your stripe account, as well as pending payments

  • To refine your export data, you can select a specific date or date range to filter bookings made during that period.

  • Additionally, you have the option to choose a particular activity for which you want to export booking details.
