Pebble now supports group and family tickets! 🎉

This new feature allows you to create one ticket which recognises that multiple attendees are booking onto your activity.

You can set this up in the Tickets tab when creating or editing an activity.

To use this new feature, simply use the number box to choose how many attendees will be included in your group or family ticket.

To reduce confusion, we recommend being as clear as possible to your customers about what the ticket includes and who may attend. The best place for this would be the ticket description.

⚠️ Please note, the number you enter into the box is the total number of spots that will be removed from your class capacity upon booking.

For example, if your activity is created with 10 spots, and someone buys a group ticket for 4 attendees, you will have 6 spaces left on Pebble when it is booked.

​If you don't count adults as an attendee (towards your total class capacity), please bear this in mind when setting up your group or family tickets.
