What’s Call Night?

It’s a fun night where your team gets together for a couple hours and calls leads in an effort to set more appointments!


Pro Tips:

  • Make it an experience! Have fun! Bring in some pizza and beer for the team.

  • Get a bell or alarm for the agents to ring when they set an appointment. This will help keep the energy up!

  • Come up with a game plan! If you have an expansive lead database, focus on a specific subset of leads. Maybe your Archive or Qualify leads, for example.

When Does BoomTown Host Call Nights?

  • BoomTown will host a quarterly Call Night.

  • You shouldn't wait on BoomTown to host a Call Night! We encourage our clients to host a call night once a month.

How Does it Work?:

Set a Date: As the Team Owner, you are responsible for setting the date each month for Call Night. We recommend doing this a few weeks in advance and telling your Agents to Save the Date! Have too much on your plate? Delegate organizing Call Night to someone on your team!

Set Goals: Create a sign-up sheet and encourage your Agents to add their personal goals of calls made and appointments set. This not only gives your Agents goals to work toward, but can also create some friendly competition within the office!

Prepare for Call Night: There are 3 things you need for a successful call night: Agents, leads, and a phone! Send a reminder out to your team a few days before Call Night to get everyone excited. We also suggest providing some food and drinks to make it fun for your team. Prizes (like gift cards or something similar) for your team also keeps the night fun and engaging! For instance, you could give out a prize to the Agent with the first appointment set. After all, that is what Call Night is all about.

The Big Event: Call Night has finally arrived... time to start calling your leads! Making dials and setting appointments is what the night is all about. Encourage your Agents to take notes on paper, then go back into the system and log their activity. They should have only ONE focus during the hours of the Call Night -- CALLING LEADS!

Review and Repeat: At the end of Call Night, have all your Agents log their activity in BoomTown. Review your team's results (calls made, successful conversations, appointments set, etc.) and start planning for the next Call Night!
