This quick step-by-step article will walk you through how to manage your pending reviews.

Our platform offers something no other competitor offers. Individual reviews/star ratings! You can collect reviews from your clients and let prospects see what they can expect when choosing you as their agent.

NOTE: Reviews are NOT automatically "approved." You must manually "approve" or "deny" each review.

After you receive a review from a consumer, a few things happen in the background:

  • You receive an email notifying you that you just got a new review. This email will tell you who left the review and how many stars out of 5 you received. If they left the optional comment, you'll see that, too.

  • The consumer will get a personal email thanking them for the review signed "All the best, {Your Name}.

  • After a review is left, it goes into your personal "My Reviews" page, where you can approve or deny it.

Go to the 'Manage Reviews' page to manage your pending reviews. You can get there by clicking 'Manage Reviews' from the dropdown under Account on your BOOST Dashboard. Approved reviews will be pushed to your website and displayed for the public to see. They will also be accounted for when totaling your 'average star rating.

Denied reviews will undergo an internal review to ensure the reason for rejecting them is legitimate. Reviews that do not pass this internal review will be approved by an admin and displayed in the reviews section of your website. You will receive an email after a final decision has been made on your denied review.
