Learn how to navigate your profile settings within the quoting and enrollment system.

After onboarding it is important you enter the system through a profile on the CRM and navigate to your "Account Overview" which can by found by clicking your name in the top right.

From here, it is important that your Personal information is correct. If changes/additions need to be made, please do so.

DO NOT CHANGE ANY SETTINGS IN ACCOUNT INFORMATION OR ACTIVE SELLING PERMISSIONS.

Changes to these settings could cause your account to become inactive.

While on this page, you can add your profile picture, but most importantly, you can copy your Purl (Personal URL), which can be used by consumers to quote, compare, and even enroll into plans on their own straight from your website! The best part is, if a consumer enrolls from your Purl, you get credit for the sale, even if you've never spoken to the consumer before! You can copy that link and email it to assistance@resourcemedicare.com in order to have it added to your website.
