Enabling alerts

Making an alert is a great way to log information about something you don't want to forget about, especially when it comes to clients, and then have it automatically notify you on the day you specify.

You can add an alert on a client or prospect profile page by clicking the "Actions" button.

These alerts can be managed from your Dashboard page and also with automated text messaging.

To enable alert notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Settings page

  2. Find and click the "Notifications" tab

  3. Find the "Alerts" section

  4. Choose email or SMS from the dropdown.

If choosing SMS, add your SMS number at the bottom.
