Generating an eSOA
From any profile page you can generate and view eSOAs. Here are a few steps on how to use it.
From the profile page, access the eSOA section by clicking the eSOA icon.
From here, you can click "New SOA" to get started.
The system will try to fill out as much information as it can for the scope
At the bottom, you will select the transmission method (text, email, print, or F2F)
If you choose text or email, the beneficiary will receive two transmissionsāone for the link to the scope and another for their access code.
What the client sees
Once you have transmitted the eSOA to the beneficiary, all they have to do is follow these steps.
Click on the link in the first transmission sent to them
Copy and paste the access code provided in the second transmission and log in.
From here, they just click "Start" and then "Adopt and Sign"
After adopting and signing, they will click "Finish"
