Sending the ClientPortal to a single person

In this guide we will go over how to send the ClientPortal so a single person.

  1. Navigate to a profile page in your CRM

  2. Click the purple "Actions" button to the right

  3. Click "Client Portal"

  4. This will open a pop-up modal with a variety of options listed below

Selecting ClientPortal version

If you have a few different Client Portal versions, click on the version you want to send. You can also click "Copy URL" to manually send the poral or click "Preview" to see what the client will see or "Edit" to be taken to your settings page to edit the portal version

Selection transmission method

You can either send the ClientPortal via text (SMS) or email. If you chose text (SMS) MedicarePro will try to send the Portal invite via your connected VoIP phone. If you do not have a connected VoIP phone MedicarePro will text the individual their ClientPortal URL from an internal number.

If you chose email, MedicarePro will attempt to send the portal invite via Outlook, if you have a connected Outlook account. If you do not, MedicarePro will send the portal invite via your username email.

Whichever transmission method you chose, the client will essentially receive the same communication. A link to click on and instructions (with an example) of what their password is (last name and DOB all lowercase)
