If you want to use eSOAs in the system follow these steps
Navigate to your settings page
Find and click the "Pages" tab
Find the "eSOA" section up top
Click the edit button next to the words "eSOA"
Change value to "Enabled"
Click update
Now you will be able to generate and transmit eSOAs from a profile page.
