The client portal is a client facing version of the profile page. If given access, the client or prospect can add or edit information relating to themselves such as name, dob, phone, email, address, rx, pharmacy, provider, plan, MBI, medicaid and health information.
Each client has a unique PURL that must be generated from within MedicarePRO.
When you send a portal invite email, the client will receive their PURL and instruction on how to log in.
Once they have logged in and made changes, you get alerted of the fact and a log of changes or additions they made will be visible from the notes section of their profile page.
