We've updated Elevate GO reporting to help you better track store performance aligned with Boost Mobile's updated compensation structure. Keep reading to find out where you can find the latest metrics that pay.

In this article:

DLAR Updates

You'll find new columns on all DLAR reporting designed to help you keep tabs on your stores' performance on priority devices, VAS, and accessories:

New Device Metrics:

Track the devices that earn your stores more money & ready your customers for B5G:

  • B5G Certified Activations (Column & Main DLAR Widget) - MTD # of new activations on B5G network compatible devices

  • B5G Certified Upgrades (Column & Main DLAR Widget) - MTD # of upgrade activations on B5G compatible devices

  • iPhone 11 & Newer Activations (Column & Main DLAR Widget) - MTD # of new activations on iPhone 11 & newer devices

  • iPhone 11 & Newer Upgrades (Column & Main DLAR Widget) - MTD # of upgrade activations on iPhone 11 & newer devices

AutoPay Adoption:

Track how well your stores are enrolling customers in AutoPay:

  • ATU Loading (Column* & Main DLAR Widget) - MTD % of customers enrolling in AutoPay at the time of activation compared to total monthly new activations. This does not count customers enrolling in AutoPay separate from activation.

Attachment Rates:

Track how well your stores are selling accessories right in Elevate GO:

  • Accessory Attach Rate (Column*) - MTD % of accessory sales compared to total monthly new activations and upgrades. This calculation excludes ACP MBB devices and ACP tablets from activations.

*On smaller screens, you may need to scroll all the way to the right to view this new column.

Report Refresh: Plans & Comp Device Mix

We've refreshed and renamed the Plans & Network Activation Mix report to provide you with a breakdown of higher compensation device activations/upgrades vs other devices activations/upgrades. You'll see this reflected in the pie chart and bar graph on the right side of the report, as well as the widgets at the top. Find this report under DLAR > Plans & Comp Device Mix.

Additional Updates:

  • Updated Boost Shield calculations. Calculations will now exclude activations of BYOD devices and devices sold at full SRP without any subsidy..

  • DLAR: 'Upgrades' is labeled 'Total Upgrades'

  • Elevate Frontline Focus: 'Swaps' is now 'Total Upgrades'

  • Removal of Legacy BEDN Activations from all DLAR & EFF Reports and removal of network breakdowns from all DLAR reports.

  • Portal ID removed from store entity pages.

  • On entity pages:

    • 'Company Dealer ID' is now 'Carrier Dealer ID'

    • 'Company Door ID' is now 'Carrier Door ID'
