What is the Elevate Frontline Focus? 🤔
Frontline Focus pulls data in real time from Elevate POS* and displays, by sales rep, key metrics including activations, bill payments, accessory sales, and more. This is the only report outside of Elevate POS that can show you rep-level metrics.
*Stores must have Elevate POS to display Frontline Focus data.
Where can you find the Elevate Frontline Focus? 🧐
Frontline Focus can be found by clicking the 'eye' icon under 'Actions' for your dealership, or any individual door. Refer to the tabs at the bottom of each page and click on Elevate Frontline Focus.
