Interpreter availability lets interpreters keep an up-to-date copy of their schedule in Boostlingo. As an LSC administrator, you can see scheduling conflicts when adding interpreters to appointments, and you can view or update a specific interpreter's availability from your Dashboard.
You can also review changes to interpreter availability in your Audit Trail.

You can view one interpreter’s availability at a time.
1. In the left sidebar, select Dashboard, then open the Availability view.
2. Select the interpreter whose availability you’re updating from the dropdown.
3. Select Edit Standard Availability.
4. In the pop-up, use one of the two tabs:
Weekly Availability: update the interpreter's regular schedule, then select Save.
Date-Specific Availability: update availability for one-time events, then select Save Override.
Note: You can only delete availability added under Date-Specific Availability. To change a regular schedule, use Edit Standard Availability. To remove a date-specific event, select it and select Delete Event.

When you add interpreters to an appointment, an availability icon shows whether the interpreter is available.
Note: You can’t Quick Schedule an unavailable interpreter, and you’ll see a warning if you confirm an interpreter outside their available hours.
Review changes in the Audit Trail
You can see changes to interpreter availability in the Audit Trail. Filter with Audit Areas = Availability to see only availability changes.
