An appointment's status changes as it moves through its lifecycle, from the moment a requestor creates it to after it is completed.
Appointment statuses
Draft: The appointment was created by a requestor and must be approved by a requestor admin on the account before it moves to New. Appointments in Draft status are not visible to LSC administrators.
Tip: If you want requestor-created appointments to go to New automatically, turn off Appointment Approval. See Requestor Appointment Creation Settings
New: Visible to LSC administrators. No interpreters have been invited to the appointment yet.
Broadcasted: Interpreters have been invited to the appointment, but none have accepted yet.
Confirm Interpreters: Interpreters have accepted the appointment, but an LSC admin must manually confirm them.
Tip: Turn on Auto-Confirmation to skip this status. See Auto-Confirmation
Scheduled: The required number of interpreters have been confirmed for an appointment that has not taken place yet.
In Progress: Shown when you view the appointment while it is taking place.
Completed: The appointment has already occurred.
Cancelled: The appointment was scheduled and then cancelled. This can happen for more than one reason:
An admin cancelled it manually.
The appointment time passed without an interpreter being confirmed.
Archived: The status was changed to Archived manually, or the appointment was entered into the system as occurring in the past.
Editing a completed appointment
To change the details of a Completed appointment, you first have to move it into Archived status.
Open the appointment.
In the upper-left corner, select the status (Completed).
Select Completed, then Archived.
Once the appointment is in Archived status, the Edit button reappears so you can make your changes.
Important Note: You need to move the appointment back to Completed status for it to be invoiceable.
The Edit button available again after the appointment is moved to Archived
