Custom branding lets LSC administrators white-label Boostlingo by creating a custom URL, uploading brand images, and more.
Note: If you do not see this feature, contact your Account Manager.
Turn on branding
Go to Configuration>Company>Branding and select "Enable Custom Branding".
Brand options
Application Subdomain: generates a custom URL for users to access your branded site.
Company on Call Name: used in the IVR greeting. After a user enters their PIN, the greeting says "Welcome to [LSC name]" and proceeds with the IVR options. Alternatively, select "No name" from the dropdown to skip the greeting.
Terms and Conditions URL: set a custom Terms and Conditions link.
Privacy Policy URL: set a custom Privacy Policy link.
Available Skins: select a color palette that aligns with your branding.
Branding images
You can upload four image types on the Branding page:
SignIn Logo: shown when users sign in to your custom URL.
Main Logo: shown in the corner above the site menu on the left, and in the mobile app.
Email Logo: shown in notification emails.
Favicon: shown next to your LSC name in the browser tab bar. It must be uploaded as a .ico file.
File types: PNG, JPEG, and GIF are supported for the SignIn Logo, Main Logo, and Email Logo. For the Favicon, only .ico is supported. You will not see the option to set an image as the favicon unless it is imported as a .ico file.
Import an image
Select "Upload Images" and choose the image file from your computer.
Crop an image
After you import a file, select "Crop Image to Placeholder" to fit the parameters for that image type, then choose which part of the image to keep. You can also select "Crop Image" to crop it to a different size.
Note: If an image is not cropped to the placeholder, it will be distorted to fit the parameters.
Delete an image
Select the image, then select "Delete Image".
