Phone number requests are typically processed within five business days of submission. Numbers are active as soon as the team makes the update.

Important Note: Calls placed using toll-free numbers are charged an additional $0.02 per minute, unless your contract indicates a different rate. Contact your Account Manager if you need a copy of your current contract.
