If a requestor always calls from the same phone number, LSC Administrators can save it as a pre-authenticated number so they skip the PIN prompt over the IVR.
Note: Both LSC Administrators and Requestor Admins can add pre-authenticated numbers. These steps are for LSC Admins.
Add a pre-authenticated phone number
In the left sidebar, select Accounts and open the account.
In the account's details, select Overview > Additional Number > Pre-Auth Window (Pre-Authenticated PIN Management).
Enter the Phone Number the user is calling from (not the IVR number) and select the User the number belongs to.
Select Add Phone to add it to the account's pre-authenticated list. The list shows a Phone and User column.
Once added, you can edit or delete a number using the icons next to it.
Next steps / Getting more help
For LSC admins: if a caller is still prompted for a PIN from a pre-authenticated number, confirm the number matches exactly (not the IVR number) and is assigned to the right user, then reach out to Boostlingo Support with the account name. If you're unsure how to reach Support, contact your Account Manager.
