If Boostlingo isn't working right in your browser, work through these steps.
Troubleshooting steps
Make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements for using Boostlingo.
Use a recommended browser: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox.
If a VPN is enabled, disable it.
Hard refresh your browser. On a PC, press Ctrl + Shift + R; on a Mac, press ⌘ + Shift + R.
Clear the cache and cookies in your browser. Instructions for Chrome; Edge (clear cache, clear cookies); Firefox (clear cache, clear cookies).
Turn your computer off and on again. It clears any frozen processes that may be slowing things down.
Check your network and signal strength. Do other sites load? Run a network test at speedtest.net.
Note: A network that passes the speed test can still have moments of slow connection.
Run the Twilio network test to confirm your system isn't blocking calls. If it fails, it's usually a firewall or ISP block. See the Firewall Provisioning Documents for the current IP list for your region.
If you use a headset, test calls with and without it.
Check whether your computer is running slower than usual. Open Task Manager (PC) or Activity Monitor (Mac) and look for metrics running above 60-70%.
If the issue persists, try a different recommended browser.
