Boostlingo gives interpreters two ways to receive and answer calls: the mobile app or the Boostlingo browser window.

Note: Not all LSCs allow interpreters to accept calls via the mobile app.

Boostlingo supports the platform on Chrome and Firefox. To answer an incoming call in the browser, select "Click to Answer."

If calls are not reaching you, first confirm your caller is "Online" (see: How do I know if I'm online?. If they still are not, let your LSC admin know so they can check your permissions.
