You will need to ensure that your Capital Structure held by ASIC and your Capital Structure in your BOULEVARD Register match before you can perform other actions on BOULEVARD such as transfer and issue new shares.

When you first sign up for BOULEVARD, the Register page will display a message and icon warning that the Capital Structure data held by ASIC does not match the register in BOULEVARD. A table comparing the ASIC data with the BOULEVARD register will update as you import or allocate shares to help you ensure that BOULEVARD has an accurate representation of the data held by ASIC.

To reconcile the totals of both capital structures, you will need to create the BOULEVARD register by entering the number of shares, total paid and total unpaid amounts for each of your investors. You can do this by:

  1. Importing your existing register from a CSV file Import your Register, or

  2. Manually allocate the shares via the Allocate shares to build your Register process.

When the capital structure in BOULEVARD matches the ASIC data you are ready to Activate ASICLinkโ„ข.
