Upon signing up at a Bounce Partner Location, they are automatically notified of your registration.
When your package arrives at the location, they will check it in using your unique identification code. This code is crucial because it's how we notify you that your package has arrived and is ready for pickup.
If your carrier confirms package delivery but you haven't received a notification from us, don't worry! Our store partners typically check packages in shortly after delivery.
If there is still no notification from us after 24 hours, contact our support team.
