How do I track my package?

Keeping tabs on your package is easy with Bounce Package Acceptance account. Here’s a quick guide to help you stay updated:

1. Check your carrier's tracking info:
Use the tracking number provided by your shipping carrier to see real-time updates on your package’s status.

Handling Missing or Deleted Tracking Numbers:

  • Packages are still eligible for processing based on BNC codes and delivery details.

Optional: Track via the BouncePackages app: To better assist you, the BouncePackages app allows the addition of tracking numbers for monitoring. However, remember that tracking numbers are optional and not required for package processing since the Bounce system primarily utilizes BNC codes and delivery details for tracking and check-ins.

  • Log in to the Bounce Packages app.

  • Tap "Packages" then "+ Track"

  • Enter your tracking number and select your courier

This feature shows the same updates as your courier’s tracking system, so you’ll have easy access to the latest delivery information.

Important: Adding your tracking number in the app is not required. Your package will still be processed as expected, as long as the delivery details are correct. This is because the Bounce system uses your Bounce Identification Code (BNC) along with the specified delivery details to accurately match and process packages at partner locations. Tracking numbers are solely for customer convenience and personal reference.

2. Wait for our notification: Once the carrier confirms that your package has arrived at the Bounce location, we’ll notify you right away when our partner location has checked in your package. Additionally, you will receive a unique pickup code to ensure secure package retrieval. This process is seamlessly integrated as long as your BNC details are linked correctly.
