    • Handbags

    • Small Totes

  • Regular: These items must be checked due to their size and weight. Examples of these are:

    • Oversized Backpacks

    • Luggage

    • Suitcases

    • Travel trunks

    • Duffel bags

  • Odd-sized: These items are fragile and don’t fit standard luggage shapes or sizes. Examples of odd-sized baggage includes

    • Buggies.

Why do I need to specify the size of each item?

Adding the correct bag sizes is essential for several reasons:

  • Protection
Each bag you book is covered for up to $10,000 in the unlikely event of theft, loss, or damage.

  • Improved service
It helps our Bounce Partners organize their storage space more efficiently and provide a smoother experience.

  • Avoid extra charges
If the bag does not meet the criteria, Bounce Partners may charge you extra at the location.
