At Bounce, we understand the diversity of travelers' needs and the variety of baggage they carry.

How can I identify the size of my bag?

We categorize bags into the following sizes:

  • Small: These bags are typically small and light enough to carry by hand.

Examples: Purses, Handbags, and Small Totes

  • Regular: Definition: These items must be checked due to their size and weight.

Examples: Oversized Backpacks, Luggages, Suitcases, Travel trunks, and duffel bags

  • Odd-sized: These items are fragile and don’t fit standard luggage shapes or sizes. Examples of odd-sized baggage include bicycles, skis and snowboards, golf bags, larger musical instruments, surfboards and kiteboards, wheelchairs, high chairs, cars, and buggies.

Why do I need to specify the size of each item?

Adding the correct bag sizes is essential for several reasons:

  • Protection: Each bag you book is covered for up to $10,000 in the unlikely event of theft, loss, or damage.

  • Improved service: It helps our Bounce Partners organize their storage space more efficiently and provide a smoother experience.

  • Avoid extra charges: If the bag does not meet the criteria, Bounce Partners may charge you extra at the location.

Where can I choose the size?

When you're ready to make a booking, you'll need to select the number and type of bags you want to store:
