To setup Grace Period settings for an Activity Registration, first navigate to the Registrations page. To do this, first click on the Students tab on the left side toolbar, then click on Registrations.
2. You will then click on Settings and choose General Settings from the dropdown list.
3. Scrolling to the bottom of this page will bring you to the section on Grace Period. Here you are able to toggle on or off "Allow Completion of Pending Registrations After Close Date".
As it says below this toggle, when enabled, families who started a registration before the close date can still complete it within the grace period, even after the registration has officially closed.
You are then able to choose the number of days you would the Grace Period to be, simply input your desired number. As it says below this section, this is the number of days after the close date that families can complete pending registrations. Only applies when the setting above is enabled.
When finished with this section, click the green Save Settings button at the bottom of the page and it will have saved any changes made on this page.
