To send email reminders to your form recipients, complete the following steps:
To send a form reminder, click 'Send a Form Reminder Email.'
Reminder email contents are automatically generated. You may send the reminder as-is or edit each field to fit your needs.
You must select 'No' in the 'Test' field for your reminder to make it to your recipients.
3a. If you would like to preview a message, set this field to 'Yes' and click 'Send Reminder.'
3b. After clicking 'Send Reminder,' the page will refresh. A text box will appear confirming that a test email has been sent to your inbox.
3c. Check your inbox and review the reminder as your users would receive it.
After reviewing the reminder from your inbox, to send it to your recipients, set the 'Test' field back to 'No' and click 'Send Reminder.'
Once a reminder is sent, another can be sent at any time by following the same steps outlined above.
