Officials Evaluation Portal
Click on the Program and specifically the "team level" on which you wish to evaluate an official. This will take the user to the Games page for that program and level.
A game must be finalized with a final score entered before officials can be evaluated. Click the green arrow in front of the contest, enter the final score and click submit score.

A cool down period is built into the system. Therefore, an officials evaluation can not be completed until after 8:00 AM the day following when a final score is submitted.
Example: Submit score at 9:00 PM on Monday - Evaluate the official after 8:00 AM on Tuesday
From the Games Page, click on the three dots in front of the competition and then click on Officials in the drop down.
From the officials page you will see the names of the officials who were assigned to the competition. Click the red + sign to evaluate the officials.
Choose the official from the dropdown and complete the officials evaluation. Only officials assigned to this competition are listed. The evaluation fields are set up and determined by your managing organization.
Click "Save" when the evaluation has been completed.
Additional Information
Who sees what when it comes to evaluation information:
Coaches and AD's - Will only see evaluations they have submitted or that have been submitted by their own school. They cannot see other schools’ evaluations of the same official.
Managing Association / Section staff - Will see All evaluations for an official, including the evaluating team’s name and the date.
Officials Being Evaluated - Depends on how the managing organization has their access set up.
No Access - Some Organizations choose to prevent all feedback from being sent to the officials. Therefore an official will not see any feedback.
Selected Access Granted - Officials can see the ratings, area notes, and overall comment. They do NOT see which team or coach submitted the evaluation or which contest it came from.
The official-facing list is deliberately shuffled so individual evaluations cannot be traced back to a specific game.
