The Shift Report shows hours and compensation totals for every worker on your Workers list. Worker financial reports are created on the Financial Reports tab.
Review the Shift Report
Go to Events -> Workers -> Shift Report.
To narrow the report, set a Start Date and End Date, then click Apply Filter.
Each worker's row shows Events Worked, Shifts Worked, Hours Worked, Hours Upcoming, and Total Compensation. The Grand Total at the bottom adds up Total Compensation for everyone listed.
To see one worker's events, shifts, and hours, click the green button next to their name. Their Worker Profile opens.
Export the Shift Report
Click Export, then choose Export Payroll Detail, Export Segments, or Export Page.
Create a Worker Financial Report
NOTE: Creating a worker financial report automatically marks the shifts it covers as completed and locks that worker data, which prevents duplicate payments. The report can't be run again. Finish every shift and compensation adjustment before you create the report, not after.
Go to Events -> Workers -> Event Setup, then click the Financial Reports tab.
Click + Create Report.
Under Time Range, set the Date. To include only certain days, check them under Only Show.
Under Event Info, click + Add Filter or Select Filter Set to narrow the events.
Under Payroll Columns, check any columns to add: Activity, Level and Location, Opponent, Worker Identification Codes, Worker Name Split, Address and Work Phone, Account Code, or Factor.
Worker Identification Codes adds one column for each code name recorded on these workers, such as a pay code or employee number.
Factor is what the rate is multiplied by: the hours for an hourly shift, or 1 for a flat rate.
Under Location, check the locations to include, or click Select/Unselect All.
Click Save.
