Adding a Coach to Your Coach List and inviting them to manage their team on Bound.

How to add coaches to your schools coach list, manage coach information, and invite them to their user login.

Adding a Coach to your schools Coach list allows you to do the following:

  • Manage your coaches information - only need to enter it once

  • Invite them to become a Bound User with access to manage their program.

  • Connects the coach to Messenger for communication

  • Update your school and state member directory information

1. To access the coach list, click the Jersey icon, and then click Coach.

2. Click Manage Coaches in the top right corner, then click Add Coach.

​3. Enter the required data points. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*). Your states data field may include the following:

  • First Name and Last Name

  • Email (This is the email that will be used to create their Bound User Acccount)

  • , Phone

  • Coaching Level(s)

  • Coaches Gender

  • Some states also may require the coaches BoEE # and License Expiration date

4. Once the coach is created click User, then select SEND INVITE at the bottom of that screen.

After clicking Send Invite you will be taken to the User page where you can send an invite to this coach and set their permissions. Their contact information will prefill.

*** NOTE: If a coach has already been invited to the system as a user. Pick up with Step 4 - but instead of clicking send invite - select the coaches user account from the drop down menu and click ASSIGN USER.
