1. Begin by logging in, going to the Events page, and click "Workers".
2. Click "Event Set" up in the Workers Frame in the secondary taskbar, then click the "Create New Signup" dropdown menu in the upper righthand corner, and choose the option "Create From Template".
3. Click the green box next to the template you'd like to use.
4. The template name will display, add descriptions as needed.
Enter the amount of time in minutes a shift starts and ends for each shift included in the template. The amount of time is figured in minutes and relative to the event start time (no values are based on event end time).
You will choose from at, before, and after event start or ends.
You can also use the Shift Instructions section enter info like "shift ends after the 5th inning", "shift starts at halftime of JV game", or any other instructions you may have.
These instructions will be included in the reminder sent to workers prior to the event.
5. After completing the shift time parameters click on "2 Events" tab below the "1 General Information" section.
6. From the event list, choose the events you want to apply this signup to. If needed, use the filter tool to show only the specific events you're looking for. You can then check the checkbox next to each event to select them, or to select all, click the "Select "header and then choose "Select All" in the drop down.
After selecting the events, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
7. You should now see the new signup listed on the Signups page. From here you can click the green button next to a signup to view shift details, which workers are assigned and mark shifts complete or not complete. This signup will also be available to workers on their accounts to signup for shifts at these events.
