What's the Difference Between a Venue, Facility, and Space?
Venue - Location that has its own postal 911 address (Example: a High School)
Facility - Location that hosts events and activities within a Venue (i.e. the Football Stadium, the Library) or a group of like rooms, .ie. classrooms, conference rooms.
Facilities share the venue's address and cannot have separate addresses. If a location has a different physical address, it should be set up as a separate venue.
Space - Specific locations within a facility that can be split for reservations at the same time (Example: Court 1 and Court 2 in the main gym of a High School, individual tennis courts).
Spaces are mainly used by those using the Facility Manager tool in Bound
