How to request self-exclusion?
Go to your account settings on the website.
Select the Self-Exclusion section.
Click the Request Self-Exclusion button.
Choose the self-exclusion period — from 1 day to 6 months.
Click the Forward button, then Send.
After confirmation, your account will be blocked for the selected period.
By confirming your exclusion, you will not be able to play fully. Your account will be switched to "Withdrawal Only" mode.
What to do after the expiration date?
After the self-exclusion period ends, access to the account is automatically restored. If you wish to restrict access again after that, you can request self-exclusion again.
