How do I send directions and check-in procedures for guest arrivals?

You can easily send directions and check-in procedures to your guests by updating your property listing. To do this, click on Properties and select the listing you wish to edit. Scroll down on the sidebar menu (beneath your property photo on the left) and click "Arrival Information."

In this section, provide your directions, select your preferred check-in method, and add any additional details you want to share with your guests. Once updated, this information will be automatically sent to each booked guest, which means you don’t need to contact them.
