How the "Encourage Discount" Feature Works

When the Encourage Discount feature is enabled, a notification will appear during shopping, informing customers how much more they need to add to their cart to qualify for a discount. This gentle nudge can encourage customers to add more products, ultimately increasing your sales.

Setting Up the Encourage Discount Feature

You can configure this feature based on two criteria:

  1. Item Count: If your discount is triggered by the number of items in the cart, you can set the notification to show how many more items the customer needs to add to get the discount.

  2. Price: If your discount is based on a minimum cart value, the notification will display how much more the customer needs to spend to unlock the discount.

This feature is a simple yet effective way to encourage customers to complete larger purchases by making them aware of how close they are to earning a discount. It helps boost sales and improves the shopping experience.
