There are four main types of charges and credits you might get for using apps on Shopify:
1. Subscription Charges: These are regular fees for apps you use every month. They're added to your normal Shopify bill.
BundleBuilder will use this as its primary charge, $24.99 a month.
2. App Usage Charges: These charges can change depending on how much you use the app or its services, like how many times you use a customer service feature. They also show up on your Shopify bill.
BundleBuilder doesn't use this type of charge; if you notice an "app usage," Don't hesitate to contact our contact support team.
3. One-time App Purchases: Sometimes, you might have to pay for a specific service from an app, like moving your data from one place to another. These charges will come in separate bills.
Similar to App Usage Charges, BundleBuilder usually doesn't use this type of charge.
4. Application Credits: In certain situations, you might get credits if you downgrade a paid app in the middle of a billing period. These credits will be deducted from your Shopify bill and can be used for future app charges.
