In this tutorial, we will learn how to consult details, generate reports and carry out actions available on "Pending" or "In Progress" Packing Slips or Returns Packing Slips. Here we will focus on the other accessible functionalities.

  1. On the Homepage, click on "Shipping Guides" or "Return Slips", as required.

  2. In the list displayed, click on the row of the desired slip or on the three dots next to it to access additional options.

    1. In the row options, you can perform actions directly, such as Details, Picking, Packing List, Quality Summary and Integration.

  3. When you enter details, you'll get an overview with general information, weight summary and items included.

    1. Products: Lists all the items on the tab. By expanding each item, you can view the associated picks and quality checks, if any.

    1. Tares]: Displays all the tares classified in the tab.

    1. Quality]: Displays all the completed quality control forms associated with the tab.

    1. Process Flow]: Represents the entire flow of documents that originated this tab, allowing the origin and operations to be traced.

    1. Status History: Displays all the states the document has been through, including the user who made each change and the respective time stamp. Ideal for ensuring process control and traceability of changes.

  4. To obtain a detailed report of the tab, click on the "Reports" button and select the desired option.

  5. In the Packing List you can check the general shipment data, transportation information and a detailed list of the packaged items, including lots, quantities, packaging types, weights and more. From this page you can generate a full report or a simplified version of the Packing List.

  6. In the "Quality Summary" section, you can see a list of all the questions filled in on this tab. You can also generate a detailed report of the quality summary.

  7. In "Void", you can void the document. This action marks the document as voided (visible only in the details badge) and changes the document status to "Finished".

    1. This action is only available for "Pending" documents.

    1. Its purpose is to void a document that was created by mistake.

  8. If a document is in the “Completed” status, it can be Reopened only if it has not yet been integrated with the ERP, meaning it does not yet have an external document number.
