Before you start
A route can have a single work center or multiple. In routes with multiple work centers, mark only one work center as Default for confirming activities and product inputs and outputs.
Work Centers, Activity Types, and Quality Forms must be created beforehand.
Where to manage Production Routes
On the Homepage, open the Routings app in the Materials section.
View a Production Route
In the list, click the three‑dot menu next to the route you want to review, then select Details.
After opening the details, you can:
Switch to edit mode in the top‑right corner to make changes.
Return to the routes list in the top‑left corner.
In the details view, use the tabs to review the configuration:
Work Centers: Review the configured work centers. Expand each work center to see its activities.
Quality Controls: Review the quality controls configured for the route.
Edit or deactivate a Production Route
To edit a Production Route, open edit mode either:
In edit mode, you can:
Update route data.
Manage work centers and their activities.
Manage the associated Quality Controls forms.
Deactivate the route when it should no longer be used.
In Work Centers management:
Select the Work Center and fill in Code, Name, and Order.
If the route has only one work center, mark it as Default.
For routes with multiple work centers, mark as Default only the work center where activity confirmations and product inputs and outputs are performed.
For each work center, expand it to review and manage Activities:
Click + Activity to add a new activity.
Use the three‑dot menu on the activity row to edit or remove it.
Fill in the mandatory fields: Activity, Quantity, Unit, Code, Name, and Order.
In the Quality Controls tab, configure and manage quality control forms, defining when and where each form is used at each work center.
Click Save to confirm changes, or Cancel to discard them.
