Before you start
A route can have a single work center or multiple. In routings with multiple work centers, mark only one work center as Default for confirming activities and recording product inputs and outputs.
Work Centers and Activity Types must be created beforehand.

What is a Production Routing?
A Production Routing defines the step‑by‑step manufacturing process across work centers, including the activities (resource quantities) required at each step. In BRAINR, it typically includes:
Work Centers: Locations responsible for executing stages of the process.
Activities: Quantities assigned to each work center (costing is handled in the ERP; BRAINR focuses on operational management).
Quality Controls: Checks or tests that must be performed at specific moments in the route.
