View and Manage Documents with Partner Error Integrations

Use the Integrations tab to view, analyze, and reprocess a document’s integrations in BRAINR.• See all integrations linked to the document, including successful runs and errors. • Expand a row to review details (status, timestamps, error messages, etc.). • Use the three-dot menu to Reprocess Integration when needed.

Important Notes

  • The Integrations tab displays integrations with different statuses to help you quickly identify what needs attention.

  • You can expand an integration’s row to view more details (e.g., error messages, timestamps, and other technical data, as available).

  • The Reprocess Integration option allows you to retry the processing without having to repeat actions in the document.


Steps to Follow

  1. Open a document and go to the Details page.

  2. Select the Integrations tab.

  3. In the list, identify the integration you want to validate (whether it failed or succeeded).

  4. Expand the integrationrow to view more information.

    • If there is an error, review the error message to understand the likely cause.

  5. To try to fix an integration with an error, select " Reprocess Integration" from the three-dot menu on the row.

    • Wait for the result and confirm whether the status has changed to successful or if the error persists.

  6. If the error persists after reprocessing:

    1. Check the document data, such as whether required fields are filled out, data format, or other inconsistencies.

    1. Check for configuration issues in the related external system.

    1. If the problem cannot be resolved internally, contact technical support and provide the details of the error displayed.
