View and manage integrations

Monitor all integrations and quickly identify successful runs and errors.• See which integration failed, where it failed in the app, and which document/object was affected. • Review error details and reprocess an integration to retry.

Important Notes

  • Reprocessing the integration may resolve one-off or intermittent errors (e.g., temporary failures, timeouts).

  • If the error persists after reprocessing, we recommend validating the document/object data and confirming that the external system is correctly configured and available.


Steps to Follow

  1. On the Homepage, go to the Integrations menu and select Integrations.

  2. In the list, for each integration, check:

    • External platform where the error occurred (e.g., ERP/partner)

    • Location in the app (context/area where the error occurred)

    • Associated document/object (reference of the affected item)

    • Status (error type)

    • Creation date

  3. To see more details, expand the row and view the detailed error description.

  4. To try to resolve it, click the actions menu (…) and select Reprocess the integration, forcing a new integration attempt.
