Managing Partners Manually

Manage partners in BRAINR (Customers, Suppliers, and External Entities).• View partner details (contact info, organizations, materials, tare weights). • Use Edit to update information and Deactivate when a partner should no longer be used. • Use Actions to review movement history, summaries, and generate reports.

Important Notes

  • Depending on the organization's configuration, this master data can be managed in the ERP and created in BRAINR through integration.

  1. On the Homepage, go to the Customers, Suppliers, or External Entities module in the Partners section.

  2. The app displays all partners created in the center. To view more information about each one, click on details.

  3. On the partner details page, you will find general information about them (address, tax ID, etc.) and contact details. In addition, you can see which organizations they are registered with, the materials they have registered in the system, as well as their tare weights.

  4. To deactivate a partner, you will need to click on edit, and on the edit page you will have that option. On this same page, you can also review any information that has been updated.

  5. In the actions section, you can also view movement histories and summaries of documents received and/or sent to that partner. On these summary pages, you can generate reports of data for that partner.
