Important Notes
Editing batches in this module must be done with care, as it impacts material traceability.
Pay attention to the default dates on the material batch list pages and in the history report, as they may not display all data.
Edit and Deactivate a Batch
Onthe Homepage, navigate to the"Product Batches"module in the Materials section.
The module displays all material batches generated for the facility, pre-filtered for the previous and current days. Click the three dots next to the row to access edit mode.
In edit mode, some fields will be locked and others required, depending on the selected Product and the traceability configuration.
After editing the necessary data, click Save to confirm the batch edit. To cancel, click Cancel.
General Details and Batch History
To view the details and history of a batch, click on the row or the three dots next to the row and select Details.
On the details page, you will have five possible views:
Overview: Displays the batch details with all available information (general batch details and attributes).
History: Displays the batch’s inbound and outbound movements, including data such as partner, address, warehouse, location, operator, SSCC, quantity, and weight.
Genealogy: Visualization of the origin and journey of a product batch, identifying all materials and movements that comprise it or resulted from it. This graphical view facilitates the tracking and traceability of each batch, reinforcing quality control and food safety.
Performing Quality Controls on a Batch
In the batch list or on the details page, click Actions (or the 3 dots) on the batch row.
Select Perform Quality Control.
Fill in the inspection fields as needed.
You can record one or more quality checks for the same batch.
Batch Movement Statement
To view the movement history for a batch over a specific period, click the 3 dots next to the row in the list and select Movement History.
Adjust the date filter if necessary. The statement will display the SSCC, quantity, and weight for both inbound and outbound movements, as well as the cumulative totals.
To generate a report of the batch statement, click Report in the upper-right corner.
