Use the Slaughter Rejection Report in BRAINR to review and export rejection records registered during slaughter.• Filter rejections by reason, cause, partner, lot/batch, and other fields. • Analyze sanitary information and rejection impact by plan/material/quantity. • Export the results using the available Reports options.
Important Notes
Use the Slaughter Rejection Report to:
Analyze why birds were rejected, by reason and detailed cause (for example, Peritonitis (Birds)).
Understand the impact per plan, material, lot, partner, and quantity, including average weight and rejected quantity.
How to open the report
On the Homepage, go to the Slaughter Plans section.
Click the Slaughter Rejections Report module.
The module displays a list of all rejections recorded in slaughter plans, pre-filtered to show data from yesterday and today.
What you can see in the module
Each row in the table represents a rejection record and can include:
Plan No., Material Code, Material, Lot, Production Lot.
Start/End date and time of the slaughter period for that record.
Quantity rejected and average weight.
Partner involved and Creator (user who registered the rejection).
Reason and Cause for rejection, plus Sanitary Inspection, Doc. No., and External Doc. No., when available.
How to filter the data
Use the Filter by field at the top to change the date range and focus on a specific day or period.
Click Filter to refine results further by plan, material, lot, partner, reason, cause, or other available fields.
How to generate reports
In the upper‑right corner, click the Reports button and choose the report you need:
Rejections by Slaughter Plan
Rejections by Partner
Rejections by Cause
