Manage Health Information and Close Slaughter Plan

Manage load health information in a Slaughter Plan and close the plan with traceability and compliance.• Fill in all rejections and required sanitary/health fields for every load. • Once everything is complete, close the Slaughter Plan and validate integrations.

Important Notes

  • Conditional Closure: A Slaughter Plan can only be closed after all health information and rejections for the associated loads have been completely filled in. This requirement ensures that the data is complete and compliant before finalization.

  • Integration Validation: After closing the plan, it is necessary to validate that integrations with external systems (ERP or other modules) have been successfully completed.

  • Essential Health Fields:

    • Perc. (TMA): Indicator of the Accumulated Mortality Rate (TMA), filled in by the person responsible for picking live birds. The TMA is recorded during slaughter based on the second page of the IRCA (Animal Load Registration Information).

    • Classification (DAP) and Qty. (No. of Lesions): These fields assess the health of the birds. The DAP Classification (Footpad Damage) is entered by the health inspector or administrative staff responsible for the slaughter, together with the number of lesions by percentage. The filling is done during slaughter.

    • IRIM No.: Number of the Rejection or Mortality Incident Document, issued by the health inspector at the end of slaughter. It is essential for traceability in cases of rejections or incidents.
