Production Reports

View and generate Production Reports in BRAINR to analyze production movements, efficiency, and operator performance.• Use different report types to review outputs, consumption, breakage, and variances across lines and orders. • Adjust filters (date range, section, line, product, order, activity) before exporting. • Export the filtered results as a PDF.

Important Notes

  • All production reports are filtered to the current day, showing only the current day’s data.

  • Before exporting, refine the results by adjusting filters such as date range, section, line, product, order, or activity to match your operational or audit needs.

What these reports are for

Use production reports to:

  • Track inputs, outputs, and material usage across all production stages.

  • Monitor efficiency, breakage, and variances at order and line level.

  • Support operational decisions and audit/compliance needs with detailed records.

Types of production reports

Production Report

Use this report for a complete view of production movements.

It includes information such as:

  • Orders, sections, lines, and shifts.

  • Movement type (input/output), materials, batches.

  • Quantities and weights at each stage.

This report is ideal for detailed traceability of what was produced, where, and with which materials.

Production Orders Summary

Use this report to evaluate the performance of each production order.

It highlights:

  • Produced quantity and material consumption.

  • Inputs, by-products, breakage, and variances.

  • Related information such as external document, product, and operator.

This report is useful for assessing order-level efficiency and identifying deviations from planned consumption or yield.

Production Report by Line

Use this report to compare performance between production lines.

It shows:

  • Sections and lines involved in production.

  • Products produced on each line.

  • Produced quantities and weights per line.

This report helps identify more and less efficient lines and supports line balancing and optimization.

Production Activities Report

Use this report to monitor specific activities and operator work.

It includes:

  • Activities performed, with corresponding inputs and outputs.

  • Performance indicators related to tasks and operators.

This report is useful for evaluating operator productivity and understanding the impact of specific activities on production.
