View Production Lines Dashboard

Monitor and manage all active production lines and their associated orders in a single consolidated view, providing real-time visibility into progress, quantities, and status across the shop floor.

How to open the app

  • Navigate to the Dashboards section and open the Production Lines tile.

  • Use the section tabs at the top to filter lines by department, the available sections depend on what has been configured for the organisation.

  • Review the list of production lines displayed. Each line shows the following information:

    • Production Line → the name of the line

    • Start and End Date → the active period of the line

    • Work Time → total time the line has been running

    • Expected Qty. → the quantity planned for production

    • Produced Qty. → the quantity produced so far

    • Productivity → output rate expressed in units and weight per hour

    • Status → current state of the line

    • Progress → visual indicator of completion percentage

  • Expand a production line to reveal the production orders currently running on it. Each order displays:

    • Production Order Nº → the order reference number

    • Shift → the shift assigned to the order

    • Responsible → the operator accountable for the order

    • Date → the order date

    • Main Product → the primary product that guides production

    • Quantity → planned quantity for the order

    • Status → current state of the order

    • Progress → completion percentage

    • Remarks → any notes or observations recorded against the order

  • Expand a production order to see the individual products to be produced within it, including:

    • Product → the item to be produced, identified by name and code

    • Lot → the batch assigned to that product

    • Production Version → the version of the production process being used

    • Quantity → planned quantity for the product

    • Produced Qty. → quantity produced so far

    • Produced Weight → total weight produced

    • Status → current state of the product line

    • Progress → completion percentage

  • Use the menu on any production order to access a set of available actions, such as editing the order, managing shifts and responsibilities, or accessing quality information.
