The Downtime list provides a complete record of all stoppages that occur across production lines and work centres, helping teams monitor operational continuity and act on recurring issues.
How to open the app
Navigate to the Equipment section and open the Downtime List tile.
The page loads automatically filtered to the current day, adjust the date range, production line, production order, or reason filters as needed and click Apply.
Review the list of stoppage records, each showing the affected production line, associated production order, reason, and start and end timestamps.
Expand any record to reveal a detailed breakdown by work centre:
Work Centre → the specific station impacted within the production line
Equipment → the machine involved, if applicable
Reason → the cause specific to that work centre; inherits from the parent record if not individually captured
Start and End Date → the timestamps for that work centre; inherits from the parent record if not individually captured
Duration — the total stop time in minutes for that work centre; inherits from the parent record if not individually captured
