Monitor real-time production performance across all sections, consolidating key operational indicators into a single view for fast, informed decision-making.
How to open the app
Navigate to the Dashboards section and open the Section List tile.
Select the section you want to monitor using the tabs at the top of the dashboard.
Review the performance indicators displayed for the selected section:
Movement Summary → Expected, received, and consumed quantities
Available → Availability of operators and work centers relative to total hours
Performance → Operator and work center performance relative to total hours
Quality → Product quality in relation to total hours
OEE → Overall Equipment Effectiveness, combining availability, performance, and quality into a single efficiency score
Productivity → Units produced per hour and individual performance by operator
Downtime → Total number of stoppages, cumulative downtime in hours, and number of work centres affected
Operators → Number of operators active, expected hours, and real hours worked
Quality Control → Number of quality controls pending validation versus those already validated
Rejections → Percentage and units of raw material rejected or scrapped relative to the total consumed
Gauge Distribution → Distribution of calibers according to established parameters and possible deviations
Activities → Activities performed by operators and work centers in relation to total hours
Offal utilization → Utilization of viscera and by-products relative to total production hours
