View Sales Order and Return Request history in BRAINR to analyze completed/ignored documents and ensure traceability.• Use filters to find records for a specific period or criteria (the list defaults to today). • Open details to review items, linked documents, and quality controls. • Generate shipping reports from the order details when needed.
On the Homepage, select the "Sales Orders" or "Return Requests" module in the Shipping History section.
The module displays a list of all Sales Orders or Return Requests, pre-filtered to show data for the current day. You can change the filters at the top to view records for specific periods or criteria.
Only ignored or 100% fulfilled orders are listed.
Click on the row or the 3 dots to view the details. In the details, you can:
Review items: View associated products, quantities, and batches.
View associated documents: Access linked shipping or return forms.
View quality controls: Check the process quality records.
Shipping reports: Generate a detailed report of shipped items in the upper-right corner for analysis or audit.
