View the history of Transport/Cargo Organizations in BRAINR to review closed shipments and reopen them when adjustments are needed.• Use the "Closed Shipments" app to find transport/cargo organizations from a specific period (filters default to today). • Check the packing list and quality information for each shipment. • Reopen a shipment to make it available again in the open shipments dashboard.
On the Homepage, select the "Closed Shipments" app in the Shipment History section.
The app displays a list of all closed transport/cargo organizations, pre-filtered to show data for the current day. You can change the filters at the top to view orders from specific periods or based on specific criteria.
Click the three dots next to the shipment row to access the following actions:
Reopen: Reopens the shipment, making it available again on the open shipments dashboard. Ideal for necessary adjustments or corrections.
Packing List: View the list of items and tare weights associated with the shipment, with detailed information on volumes, packaging, and lots.
Quality Summary: View a summary of the quality checks performed on the shipment and, if necessary, generate a detailed report.
