View Sales Shipments and Purchase Returns history in BRAINR to analyze completed/ignored documents and support auditing and control.• Use filters to find shipments/returns for a specific period or criteria (the list defaults to today). • Open details to review items, linked documents, transportation organization, and quality controls. • Generate shipping reports from the document details when needed.
On the Homepage, select the "Sales Shipments" or "Purchase Returns" module in the Shipping History section.
The module displays a list of all Sales Shipments or Purchase Returns, pre-filtered to show data for the current day. You can change the filters at the top to view shipments for specific periods or criteria.
Only documents with the status Completed or Ignored will be listed.
Click directly on the row to view details or use the three dots next to it to access Integration. In the details:
Analyze items: View associated products, quantities, and batches.
View associated documents: Access linked shipping or return documents.
Transportation Organization: View the shipment’s associated cargo.
View quality controls: Check the process quality records.
Shipping Reports: Generate a detailed report of shipped items in the upper-right corner for analysis or audit.
